Teens make a difference and give back through Camp Speers-Eljabar YMCA’s Service Camps this summer. Four exciting service projects include out of camp trips and camp-outs as well as opportunities to participate in traditional camp activities and adventures.
Choose from: 1. Trails – improve, maintain and build trails and enjoy hiking in the area’s National & State parks and forests. 6/28 – 7/11/092. Animal Therapy – working with Country Ark Farm of Dingmans Ferry, Service Campers will learn about and then facilitate recreation, animal and art therapy programs for children & adults w/ special needs. 7/12 – 25/09 3. Delaware River – campers take to their boats to join multi-state efforts to clean up the river and its banks 7/26 – 8/8/09 4. Habitat for Humanity – work on local building and home repair projects. 8/9-22/09. Have a great time and “give back” this summer! |

Windsor Mountain runs a multi-cultural residential SUMMER CAMP (gr.2-8) in New Hampshire, offering waterfront, sports, theatre, arts, music, gardening, ASL and outdoor adventures including rock-climbing, camping, kayaking and a world class ropes course. Campers and staff come from the U.S. and around the world. We also offer STUDENT TRAVEL programs (gr. 6-12) in China, Peru, Southern Africa, Caribbean, Puerto Rico, New England and California. Our programs feature community service learning, cross-cultural exchange, homestays, leadership training, language learning, wilderness adventure.
