Mimi Omiecinski has made it her business to know everything (and anything) about the most respected Ivy League town in the world and the surrounding region. In this talk, she'll share her top 20 reasons why relocating to the Princeton Region is a true sign of genius. Mimi Omiecinski graduated in 1988 from University of Tennessee with a BS in Social Work. She promptly figured out she couldn’t live on a social work salary. She worked the nightshift at a psychiatric hospital chain and figured out the money was in sales and marketing. She volunteered in the department and was eventually hired. For 15 years she was strangely possessed by sales and marketing strategies in the healthcare industry, eventually convincing companies like Kaiser Permanente, CIGNA and United Healthcare into giving her positions to lead regional and national product launches. Upon the sale of Oral Health Services, Inc. she stopped working to adore her husband Steve and raise their son with ABSOLUTELY no plans to return to work …….. until she became strangely possessed by Princeton. She is the owner of Princeton Tour Company and Co-Founder of Pi Day Princeton. Mimi serves on the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce Tourism & Trade Steering Committee and Princeton University Art Museum Friends Board.
