Firefly Festival This Sunday June 23 at Terhune's
Fireflies are an "electrifying" part of summer. To celebrate this exciting event, enjoy an evening of nature, music, wagon rides, outdoor fun and, of course, the whole farm for firefly hunting! Sunday, June 23th from 4pm-9pm, we keep the farm open late for this fun family festival to kick off summer.
Children can enjoy the fun of fireflies by making their own wings, bug boxes and antennae. There will be $5.00 charge for crafts activities.
Musical entertainment by Grammy Award winning, Miss Amy and her Big Kids Band. Kids join in the dancing fun.
Schafer's Gymnastics "Art of Flying" will help children through a mini obstacle course
Pony rides and wagon rides through the farm and orchards will be available all evening.
Hungry? You'll find lots of goodies available at Pam's Firefly Tent: grilled chicken, pork sandwiches, hot dogs, corn on the cob, pie, apple cider, donuts, cookies, homemade salads and more! Adults stop in the tasting room to sample our award winning wines or enjoy a glass.
Everyone wear your wings! Come and enjoy a flickering, flying, fun evening on the farm.
