The Pennington Business and Professional Association (PB&PA) is located within the Hopewell Valley area, Mercer County, New Jersey. We are very pleased to work with Princeton Online in the sponsorship and development of this web site.

We meet the first Wednesday of each month at Pennington Borough Hall. Our membership includes area residents and government officials, retailers, merchants, banks, attorneys and other professionals from the greater Hopewell Valley including Pennington, Hopewell Township, Hopewell Borough, Ewing and Princeton.

The PB&PA is actively involved in the community and the support of local businesses. Our committees include:

* Advertising- The PB&PA works with local media to offer reduced rates for its members on advertising with Internet, print, and television as well as the development of this Web Site.

* Directory- We periodically publish and distribute to all area residents a directory of Pennington businesses.

* Holiday Walk- The PB&PA sponsors an annual Holiday Walk shortly after Thanksgiving which includes the much awaited arrival of Santa and the lighting of the Pennington Christmas tree.

* Networking- Together with the Mercer County Chamber of Commerce, we sponsor a popular networking event each September.

* Scholarship- The PB&PA offers the Fritz Bayless Memorial Scholarships to graduating seniors at Hopewell Valley Regional High School who are intending to further their education in business.

* Snowflake- Pennington's streets are brightened during the Christmas Holiday season by lighted snowflakes which are installed and maintained under the auspices of the PB&PA.

Many of our meetings offer educational seminars on topics of interest to local businesses. In addition we offer periodic socials and sponsor an award winning float at the annual Pennington Memorial Day Parade.
