Lawrenceville Main Street to Host 12th Annual Jubilee Sunday, April 25, 2010
Lawrenceville Main Street (LMS) welcomes guests of all ages to its 12th Annual Jubilee on Sunday, April 25. Bring the entire family to this old-fashioned street fair for a fun-filled afternoon of live music, great food, rides, games, and activities. Last year’s event was a huge success. This year, the LMS Jubilee will include opportunities for the adults to join in the fun with some exciting challenges.
The Jubilee will be held rain or shine from 12:00 to 5:00 pm in the Village of Lawrenceville between Gordon and Phillips Avenues, which intersect Route 206 about one-half mile north of Franklin Corner Road.
There will be many activities to delight the children, including the Moon Walk, Giant Slide, and Tiger Bounce. In addition, kids can ride on a pony, play a wide assortment of games, have their faces painted, and enjoy ice cream, cotton candy, funnel cakes and snow-cones. Local restaurants will offer a wide variety of delicious foods. Enjoy the music of local band Riverside and entertainment at the Jubilee stage.
ENTERTAINERS WANTED: We are looking for dancers, singers, karate teams, and other entertainers from the Lawrenceville area to perform during band intermissions. Please call the Jubilee Coordinator, Jo-Ann Cali at 732-390-7399 or the LMS office for a place on the program.
VENDORS WANTED: The Jubilee also provides an excellent opportunity for local businesses, artists/artisans, and nonprofit organizations to exhibit their products and services. The fee for a 10’ X 10’ space is $45 ($75 for food vendors). Contact Jo-Ann Cali at 732-390-7399 for an application.
SPONSORS NEEDED: LMS gratefully accepts sponsorships to help make our event a success. Call the LMS office to learn about sponsorship opportunities. Sign up early to see your company’s name on all promotional materials.
