Widely regarded as one of the classical masterpieces of sacred music, indeed of Western music, St. Matthew Passion brings the Gospel of St. Matthew to life. This year's seasonal presentation promises to be another artistic achievement between the Symphonia, Artistic Director Thomas Lloyd, and the BCCS.

The "most decorated" classical guitarist of our time, first prize winner of numerous international competitions, Marcin Dylla, returns to Lambertville after his dazzling performance two years ago. Together with the Symphonia's principal clarinetist, Arne Running and the orchestra musicians, they will bring the audience to the unique world of Piazzolla's tango. The Argentinean's master seductive musical textures will be complemented by the warm sounds of Spanish and Portuguese composers.
