On Saturday, June 12th, Slow Food Central New Jersey will present an opportunity for people to learn how to grow their own food, raise chickens and become more food independent in these tight budget times. Garden educator, Matt Wilkinson, will take participants through the steps to create a large, home garden and show other ways to raise animals.
