With special guests St. Paul Children’s Choir of Princeton, VOICES presents joyous holiday music in “Christmas from Poland and France” at the following two locations:
. Friday, December 17, 2010, at 8 p.m.

(with silent auction)
. Saturday, December 18, 2010, at 8 p.m.
St. Paul R.C. Church, 214 Nassau Street, Princeton, NJ
The program includes excerpts from the Midnight Mass for Christmas by Marc-Antoine Charpentier
(1634-1704), accompanied by recorders, violins, viola da gamba and organ. Also on the program is the well-
loved Totus Tuus by Gorecki, first performed in 1987 at a mass held by Pope John Paul II in Victory Square,
Warsaw. A new holiday work by Ryan Brechmacher, In Nightly Stillness, tuneful Polish carols and French
noëls, and Ken Guilmartin’s Happy Holiday Time complete the experience.
Conducting are Dr. Lyn Ransom and Andrew Monath of VOICES, as well as Carole Moore and Lauren Ketterer
of St. Paul Children’s Choir. Kathleen Milly will be at the organ and Jo-Ann Sciarotta at the piano.
Families of Polish and French descent are especially invited, to hear familiar carols of both countries in their original languages.
