Make your check payable to Princeton Recorder Society and send it with your completed form to: PRS Workshop, c/o Sue Parisi, 8 Pschorn Lane, Hillsborough, NJ 08844-1301. If you wish to be notified of your confirmed participation, include a stamped self-addressed envelope with your registration and payment, otherwise you will be notified only if our workshop is filled by the time we receive your application. In that case we will ask if you would like to be placed on the waiting list.

Using chart below insert the number here that best describes your playing level
  1.  Plays S or A. Knows two octaves of notes. Sight-reading and rhythm not secure.
  2.  Plays S and A, maybe also T or B. Knows chromatice notes. Sight-reading ok if not too fast. Some problems with rhythm.
  3.  Plays S, A, A8, T, B. Comfortable playing with metronome. Familiar but not secure in cut time and 6/8. Sight-reading and rhythm ok
  4.  Plays S, A, A8, T, B. Can play easily with metronome. Comfortable with cut time. Sight-reading and rhythm good.
  5.  Plays S, A, A8, T, B (must play and bring all). Comfortable with cut time and 6/8. Sight-reading fluent. Technique and rhythm very good. Comfortable with syncopated rhythms.
  6.  Plays S, A, A8, T, B in any octave (must play and bring all). Sight-reading excellent. Secure on tricky rhythms (i.e. modern music). Excellent technique on fast passages. Familiar with multiple articulation patterns.

REFUND POLICY:
Cancellation before March 15, 2008 will result in a full refund less a $5.00 non-refundable deposit. After March 15, 2008 we will send a refund only if a replacement is found.
