American Sign Language Class to Be Taught at Hunterdon Health and Wellness Center This Fall

The Hunterdon Health and Wellness Center in Clinton will offer a 4-week
class on American Sign Language.  The class will run Wednesdays on
October 5th, 12th, 19th and November 2nd from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.


Sign language is the third most widely used language in the United
States. This class is designed as a beginner class to introduce the
students to basic American Sign Language.
Signs will be taught in English word order with voice.  Participants
will be encouraged to request vocabulary pertinent to their particular
situation and language needs.

The cost of the class is $43.00 for members of the Hunterdon Health and
Wellness Centers and $61.00 for non-members.  The Hunterdon Health and
Wellness Center in Clinton is located at 1738 Rte. 31 North in Clinton.
