Arts Council of Princeton Presents Winter 2011 Classes for Adults, Teens, and Children Featuring 15 New Instructors and over 50 New Classes!

Registration for the Arts Council of Princeton’s Winter Classes at the Paul Robeson Center for the Arts is now open. Classes for children, teens, and adults in the visual, literary, and performing arts begin January 10, 2011.  Registration is open to the general public, with special discounts available for Arts Council members.

Select highlights in the Winter Classes schedule for adults include Secrets of Great Family Portraits, Light and Photography, Traditions in Figurative Sculpture, The Alla Prima Still Life, Color Theory, and Create Your Own Floorcloth. Younger participants can enjoy Spaces and Places, Flash Animation, Teens Drawing Teens, Fashion Illustration, Cartoon Illustration, Still Life Painting, Pop Art for Kids, Method and Music, and Mama & Me: Fables and Fairytales. For those who are unable to commit to a full semester, the ACP also offers Workshops such as Wearable Books, Chain Jewelry Making, Art of Caricatures, and Art Poems.

The Paul Robeson Center is located at 102 Witherspoon Street, Princeton, NJ across from the Princeton Public Library in downtown Princeton.
