Mercer Council Receives Donation From Borden Perlman

Trenton, New Jersey — Thanks to a generous donation from Borden Perlman,  Mercer
Council will be providing the BABES prevention program for 3rd graders at Pace
Charter School in Hamilton beginning in May. Through the use of puppets, songs
and stories, the BABES program is designed to give young children the life
skills they need to protect them from substance abuse. The stories help children
develop key social competencies including peer pressure resistance and conflict
resolution. For more information, call 609-396-5874.
