History Detectives Book Club for Homeschoolers, Historical Society of Princeton

 The History Detectives Book Club
Children ages 9-12 are invited to become members of HSP’s newest book club!  Together, the group will read Counting On Grace, a work of historical fiction by Elizabeth Winthrop, and learn the story about a girl growing up working in a mill.  Children will also learn about exciting events in history through studying photographs; crafting stories based on viewing historic photographs; and engage in story discussions, arts & crafts, and other fun, hands-on activities!
 
Four Wednesdays:  March 9, March 16, March 23, and March 30, 2011

10:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.

Cost: $75/child; $60/HSP members

Location: The Updike Farmstead, 354 Quaker Road, Princeton
