Food Allergies - What You Need to Know - January 27, 2011, Hopewell Elementary

Food Allergies - What You Need to Know - Nearly 25% of allergic reactions that occur in schools involve students without a prior history of food allergies.  Today, over 2 million school-aged children in the U.S. have a food allergy.  The Food Allergy Committee for Education and Safety (FACES) is a community outreach group active in school districts across New Jersey and now working with HVRSD to educate parents and our community.  Join us for a 30-minute presentation followed by a Q & A session on Thursday, January 27, at 6:00 pm, in the Hopewell Elementary School Library.  For more information, contact Mattie Hill at: mhill4119@gmail.com.
