Monthly Food Drive for the East Trenton Center - Fill That Truck - January 19, 2011
Fill That Truck!!! - The HES (Hopewell Elementary School) Service Learning Team is continuing our monthly food drive for the East Trenton Center. On Wednesday, January 19, we are asking the HES community to help us "FILL THAT TRUCK!" again! A truck will be located on the blacktop near the school parking lot from 8:15 - 9:30 a.m. Our goal is to fill the truck with food items for the ETC. We are asking each grade to consider donating the following items: • Preschool - Peanut Butter • Kindergarten/1st Grade - Canned Soup • 2nd Grade/MAP - Canned Vegetables • 3rd Grade - Boxed Pasta • 4th Grade - Canned Fruit • 5th Grade - Oatmeal • In addition to food items we will gladly accept new or gently used clothing, winter coats, baby and household items.
