Discounted Knitting Classes at Pins and Needles

the Winter 2 Classes area available in the store.  The format remains the same but the big news is the class price has dropped in half!!  How often does that happen?  Classes are 2 hours long, 3 sessions each for $30...$5 per hour?!
So join us, learn a new skill or improve your existing skills.

Winter Classes 2012

Learn To Knit ($60)

  • Tuesday, Mar. 13, 20, 27
    (Day: 3 - 5 pm)

  • Tuesday, Mar. 13, 20, 27
    (Evening: 6 - 8 pm)

Learn to Knit Follow Up ($60)

In this class you will take your new found knitting skills to the next level. Working with the instructor you will choose a project, learn about gauge and be guided through the skills needed to complete your project. You must be able to knit purl, cast on and cast off for this class. Class size will be limited to four people.

    (Day: 11 am - 1 pm)

Learn To Crochet ($60)

    (Day: 1 - 3 pm)

    (Evening: 6 - 8 pm)

Learn to Crochet Follow Up ($60)

In this class you will take your basic knowledge of crochet and learn to apply it to pattern reading. Limited to 4 students, you will be guided in your project by the instructor.

Stitching Groups

Join one of our stitching groups!

They're lots of fun and help keep your projects on track.

  • Tuesday ~ 10 am -12pm
  • Wednesday ~ 12 - 2 pm
  • Thursday ~ 6 - 8 pm
  • and Sundays!

Private Lessons

Private lessons can be arranged by calling the store. Lessons are available on Thursdays from 4 - 5 pm and Sundays from 11 am to 12 pm.

Private lesson rate is $25/hour or $15/hour per person for 2 or more people.

The fine print We cannot hold a space without payment as classes are filled on a first come, first served basis. If you need to drop out before a class starts, your fee will be refunded ONLY if we can fill your spot. There will be no refunds given after the start of the first class. Yarn, needlepoint and supplies for the classes must be purchased at Pins and Needles.
