Waldorf School of Princeton presents “The Electronic Media and the 21st- Century Family”.
Waldorf School of Princeton will host Eugene Schwartz for a parenting lecture, “The Electronic Media and the 21st- Century Family.” Health and education professionals are recommending that parents limit their children’s exposure to media. Mr. Schwartz will explore the idea of limiting children’s exposure to electronic media, specifically television, videos, DVDs and the internet. Eugene Schwartz has thirty years of teaching experience, and now works worldwide as an educational consultant and lecturer. Mr. Schwartz was the recipient of a Teaching Fellowship at the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching in Princeton and he is a Fellow of the Research Institute for Waldorf Education. The lecture is $5, payable at the door. The lecture will be in Hagens Hall at Waldorf School of Princeton, located at 1062 Cherry Hill Road in Princeton.
