Description: Program takes a multigenerational approach for parents and teens to take an active role in the prevention of drug and alcohol; this is done through community outreach, forums, and workshops which include such subjects as parenting skills, drug prevention education, cultural diversity.

Latino Youth Empowerment Against Substance Abuse

Description: Educates children on the harmful effects of drugs and alcohol usage; also assists
with academic work and promotes cultural development/ enrichment and recreation activities aimed at developing pride and recognition of Latin heritage.

Summer Recreation Program

Description: Provides a summer recreational, educational, and athletic alternative for Latino children of low- and moderate-income parents residing in Trenton. Arts and crafts, games, sports, field trips, and cultural and educational activities.
