Athletic Performance Training is an extensive program for
athletes interested in building a strong foundation, while at the same
time, reducing the risk of injury, boosting confidence and increasing
self-esteem. Enhances an athlete’s performance and helps them achieve their full potential. The program focuses on speed and agility, increasing strength and power, and improving flexibility. Speed Camp: It has been scientifically proven that athletes can learn how to increase their speed, agility and quickness with a
comprehensive and regulated program design. In our speed camps,
athletes will concentrate on proper running form and technique,
acceleration, starting and stopping, and sprint-assisted training.
Strength Camp: The goal of this Camp is to provide safe and
effective resistance training techniques for any sport. Males and females will benefit from building a foundation of strength and
power that will bring a new phase to their athletic development.
