Our staff is available to answer your questions and help you with your medical problems. Our physicians will generally try to return calls at the end of each business day. Our nurses and staff can help you with many questions and they are available through our regular office number. If you would like to leave voice mail for our nurses, this can be done through the menu selection at our main office number, 609-921-7223. Voice mail is returned several times each day.
Test Results: We have a tracking system to insure that each patient is notified of their results. If you have any questions regarding your results, please do not hesitate to contact us or leave voice mail for our nurses.
Fees and Payment: The encounter form which your doctor will give you at the end of each visit is our guide for services rendered in the office. The encounter form is used to schedule new or follow-up appointments and the information on this sheet is critical for appropriate coding and billing. Please give this form to the exit secretary as you leave the office.
Insurance: We currently participate with many insurance companies. These include the traditional fee-for-service programs as well as many of the health maintenance organizations. Many of these contracts are arranged through the physician hospital organization at The Medical Center at Princeton. Many of the insurance organizations require appropriate referral documents from the primary care physician. You must come to the office with these referrals. In general, we cannot render any services without the appropriate referral. This referral is your responsibility.

Scheduling Surgery
Patricia Volk, Gail Brayton and Denise Hamer run our scheduling office. All procedures to be done in the hospital and the surgery center are scheduled through this office.
Vascular Laboratory
We are proud of our two state-of-the-art
vascular laboratories. One lab is located at our Witherspoon office and
the other one is in Monroe. Dr. Kenneth A. Goldman is the director
of both ICAVL certified laboratories. All studies are performed by either
Robert Outcault or Mohini Vankadhara, both registered vascular technicians.
In many cases, appointments for procedures in the vascular lab in Princeton
will be followed by a formal visit with one of our vascular surgeons.
Reports are always sent to the referring primary care physicians.
Billing Office
The billing office is managed by Denise Archer. This office is responsible for all billing and coding.
All surgical procedures and office visits require a specific code for
insurance payments. We make every effort to insure accurate billing and
coding. We work with many different insurance companies and, in most cases,
submit claims directly to them.
