Bridge to Wellness- A six-week seminar series designed to introduce cancer patients and their caregivers to complementary therapies that will reduce stress and help manage the side effects of treatment. Beginning Monday, Feb 21, 2011 at Four Winds Yoga in Pennington from 7-8:30pm. Each week there will be an interactive class that introduces participants to a different complementary therapy including meditation, yoga, massage, and tai chi. 2/6 - The Arts Council of Princeton presents its Annual Valentine’s Day Workshop, 10 -12:30 pm. Attendees to the workshop, held annually in memory of Princeton artist Betty Ruth Curtis, can express their love for friends and family by creating homemade valentines cards. All materials are included, with several special technique stations to help make the perfect card. There are two workshop times from which to choose: 10:00 am and 12:30 pm. Children under seven must be accompanied by an adult. Space is limited, and pre-registration is required. Registration is $10 for non-members and $7 for ACP members.
