One Simple Wish is celebrating National Foster Care Month this May by inviting everyone to share a wish with us! Go to www.onesimplewish.org/garden and print the Wish Poster. Fill in your wish, decorate it and send it back! All posters will be scanned into our website and included in our virtual garden in May. Our goal is to get 8,353 posters done by May 31, 2010. One to represent each of the children living in out of home placement in NJ foster care in 2009. We are asking for a $1 donation for each poster submitted and are hoping individuals, companies and other organizations might sponsor multiple posters that One Simple Wish can take to local group homes and other programs to have them decorated. Funds from this campaign will go directly to granting wishes for children in foster care, including group trips and more.
