Mission Statement

The League of Women Voters, a nonpartisan political organization, encourages the informed and active participation of citizens in government and influences public policy through education and advocacy.

Founded in 1932, Princeton Area League now has 170 members from: Princeton, Montgomery, Rocky Hill, West Windsor, Plainsboro, South Brunswick, Kendall Park.

Local League activities include: Voter Guide, candidate forums, voter registration, community/voter educational forums, observing municipal meetings, action toward 2005-2007 priorities.
