The Museum of Latin American Art (MoLAA), in Long Beach, CA seeks an
Associate Vice President of Education to lead the Museum's educational programs. The Associate VP of Education will provide leadership and vision for the education programming that explores Latin American art and culture. Programs should emphasize the museum's mission and current exhibitions and should have sufficient appeal and validity to attract both new and existing audiences.

The Associate VP of Education will create, plan, implement, supervise and evaluate all of the educational programs that may include: workshops, courses, festivals, seminars for schools, educators, adults and families; Develop education curricula that reflects state standards; Develop and administer the department's budget; Outline event logistics and work orders for education events and will perform other related duties as assigned.

Master's Degree in Art Education, Art, Education or related field required; 4-5 years Experience in planning and organizing educational programs required. Strong interest in Latin American art; Bilingual in Spanish required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have managerial and administrative skills
