This cartoon is named after my former art teacher, Bob Bell. He was a 7th and 8th grade art teacher at Urey Middle School in Walkerton, Indiana in the late 1960's. These cartoons are dedicated to him. It was his influence that encouraged me to enter the art profession. Most of the cartoons listed on the left are from actual events.
