Registration Procedures, Tuition, and Fees
The wait list for the 2009-2010 school year opens on Wednesday,
October 1, 2008, at 7:00 am. To be placed on the wait list, call the
Registrar at (609) 921-1006 on that date or anytime thereafter. Applicants
are placed on the wait list beginning on October 1, 2008 and throughout the
year in the order that the calls are received. After you have placed your
name on the wait list, you will receive a formal application in the mail,
or you may also download an application here
at any time. Please keep in mind that if you download the application, you
must still call the Registrar on or after October 1, 2008 to be placed on
the wait list. To retain your position on the wait list, an application
must be completed and returned to the Registrar with the $25 application
fee.
Priority in registration is given to children currently
enrolled in the School, siblings of currently enrolled students, siblings
of alumni, and, children of former teachers.
The Fall Open House will be held on Saturday, October 18,
2008 from 9 am until 12 pm. In January, wait list applicants are invited to
visit the school and observe classes in session. When class lists are
compiled in February, you will be notified if your child can be placed. To
hold a place for your child, a signed contract must be returned to the
Registrar along with a $50 registration fee and the tuition deposit, as set
forth in the contract. Both fees are non-refundable.
Cherry Hill will continue to fill spaces from the wait
list throughout the year if they become available due to student
withdrawal.

Cherry Hill does not discriminate on the basis of race,
color, national or ethnic origin, sex, or religious affiliation in the
admission of students. A child with special needs may enroll in Cherry Hill
Nursery School based upon the Director's determination that the staff and
facility can meet the child's needs with reasonable accommodation. The
process starts when the parent identifies any special needs on the wait
list application. If the Registrar offers a contract for enrollment to the
child, the Director will interview the child, and may require the parent to
submit (at the family's expense) a professional assessment of the child.
Tuition is paid on a semester basis. Partial scholarships
are available based upon individual need. All requests will be kept strictly
confidential.
The Annual Tuition for the 2008-2009 School Year is:

The Tuition for the 2010 School Year will be determined in
February, prior to the issuing of contracts.
Lunch Bunch fees for 2008-2009 are $9.00/day for
pre-registration, and $9.50/day for drop-ins.
