At a young age, Salvatore took an interest in cooking, a famous Italian tradition and pastime. After gaining experience and knowledge involving the preparation of Italian Cuisine, Salvatore moved to the United States with hopes to expound upon his cooking skills. Shortly after moving to the United States, Salvatore began working toward the perfection of recipes he had created and learned. Salvatore apprenticed in local five star restaurants: Tre Piani in Princeton and La Stalla Ristorante in Pennsylvania. Vidalia’s quaint atmosphere and tasty Italian Cuisine is fueled by Salvatore’s motto: *Cucina con Passione*.
